Mrs. L. J. Turner, joined by her daughter Miss Carolyn Turner in Richmond spent Saturday night and Sunday as guests of Dr. and Mrs. John Turner in Norfolk. Mrs. Turner and Miss Turner also visited Mrs. James Pharr in Newport News. Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. spent Tuesday night in Fredericksburg to celebrate their twenty fifth wedding anniversary. The Rev. James P.Lincoln, of Richmond Executive Secretary, Dept, of Christian Educa tion of the Diocese of Virginia met Sunday with teenagers and adult leaders in the county at the Baptist Church in a discussion of youth activity. Mr. Lincoln was the over-night guest of the Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell, Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., of Sperryville, were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. James W'. Smith at their home Ashland Farm in Culpeper County. Miss Frances Wood who attends school in Staunton spent the week-end with her mother, Mrs. F Downing Wood and Miss Mary Miller Wood at Sunnyside. Capt. William A. Weiner was a luncheon guest last Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller, at Mt. Prospect. Capt. Weiner was enroute from a check up at .Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. to his home in Bridgewater. Mrs. Charles A. ^Clevenger of Culpeper was the dinner guest Sunday of Judge and Mrs B. M.
