NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries on November 30, 1964 adopted the following changes in its Regulations.

Amended Regulation 391a), lb), (c) to read as follows:

39 (a) White bass, chain pickerel or jack-fish, northern pike and muskellunge are hereby declared game fish.

39 (b) Creel limits shall be as follows: Largemouth bass, small-mouth bass, spotted bass, and striped bass (rock fish), 8 a day in the aggregate; white bass, 25 a day; walleyed or pike perch and chain pickerel or jack-fish, 8 a day; northern pike and muskellunge, 2 a day; bluegill (bream) and other sunfish, including crappie or silver perch and rock bass or redeye, 25 a day in the aggregate of sunfish species except in the waters of Gaston and Kerr reservoirs and the Dan River below the brantly Steam Plant Dam where there shall be no creel limit.

39 (cl No size limit on any species except 26-inch minimum size limit on muskellunge and northern pike and 12-inch minimum size limit on striped bass (rock fish), statewide, and on largemouth, small mouth and spotted bass in the Roanoke (Staunton) and Dan Rivers and their tributaries downstream from Niagara Dam on the Roanoke River and the Brantly Steam Plant Dam on the Dan River and the Shenandoah River including the North and South Forks downstream from Rt. 42 bridge in Timberville on the North Fork and from the confluence of North and South Rivers on the South Fork below Port Republic. No bass less than 12 inches may be in possession while on any of these waters.
