Rev. William G. Pendleton
The Rev. William Gibson Pendleton, 84, an Episcopal minister for 49 years and former headmaster of Virginia Episcopal School died Friday, December 11, 196$ in Winchester. A graduate of Washington and Lee University and the Virginia Theological Seminary, Mr. Pendletdn served in
parishes on the/Eastern Shor^ in Warrentojjf Lynchburg, Tappahannodc, Covington, Ky. and was rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington, Va. from 1948 until 1952. He was headmaster of Virginia Episcopal School from 1920 to 1928 and was for many years an active worker in the Boy Scouts. Mr. Pendleton is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eleanor Hotchkiss Pendleton; two daughters, Mrs. John F. Elliott of Winchester, Mass., and Mrs. Thomas V. Monahan of Winchester, Va., and seven grands
