Amended Regulation 52 to read as I ..Hows:
52 mi* NET PERMIT: A county dip net permit authorizes the person to whom issued to take shad, herring and mullet, or suckers, in the county named on the face thereof with a dip net in inland waters above salt water, except where prohibited by law. Those assisting the user of a dip net are also required to have n permit. Dip net permits shall be carried when using such nets, and subject to inspection by game wardens. All tish, except shad, herring and mullet, or suckers, shall be returned to the water alive with as little injury as possible. A dip net permit may only be used during the open season for catching such fish The following special provisions shall apply to mullets, or suckers. (a i Not more than 20 may be taken by any person in one day; tb> the open season for dipping mullets or suckers shall be from February 15 to May 15, inclusive, statewide, except in Rickhridge County the season shall be for the months of January and February only; ic) dip nets for taking same shall not be more than six feet square.
The foregoing shall become effective January 1, 1955,
