Miss Carol Ann Rowzie of Amissville won first place in the adult class “Virginia Seasons" in the Culpeper Art Fair held Saturday in Culpeper. She exhibited, these three paintings and was awarded first place on the one which she holds. Miss Rowzie will hold a showing of her oils and water colors at Wayside Art Gallery, Middletown, October 1-17. At this time her water colors will be for sale. She teaches art and English at Warren County High School. Front Royal, and has also taught adult art classes there. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph H. Rowzie, Amissville.
