Time Change Comes
At Midnight Sunday
The hour of sleep that area residents lost over th-e Memorial Day holiday will be regained Sunday night. Those who want to be on time for Labor Day activities should turn theif clocks back one hour before retiring Sunday night. Sections of Virginia have re mained on Standard Time throughout the summer while this area switched to Daylight Saving Time on May 31. However, Northern Virginia to con form with the Metropolitan area, will remain on DST until late October.
