Annual Homes Tour In Waterford Set
Waterford, Virginia — The Waterford Foundation will hold its annual Homes Tour and Crafts Exhibit on October 1, 2 and 3. The non-profit foundation of Waterford citizens was formed in 1943 to foster early American crafts, and to restore the eighteenth century buildings of the upper Loudoun County village. Many of these buildings are homes, lived in by the people of Waterford who have done their own resto ration during their free time. Although they do not use tools of the eighteenth century, their work is as authentic as the old beams and stone work of The CHd Mill, Waterford’s landmark.
