Leigh Cross of South London, England was a visitor Tuesday afternoon at the Rappahannock News office: He has been traveling through the states for four months and intends to continue for another five. He is a college student, 19 years old, and has studied in Switzerland, England and Turkey. His next stop was a visit with a friend in Lexington, Ky. Lee has never heard of making artificial snow, so he was taken on a tour of Skyline Ski Area by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Palmer, after being welcomed to the Town of Washington by Mayor Dorothy Davis.
