Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia on Saturday, April 1, 1967 at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit: . . all the following described tract or parcel of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia near Castleton, and bounded and described as follows, according to a survey made by J. Route Browning about 1881, to-wit: ‘Beginning at a white oak and red oak, corner to Washington Wilkes, and B. H. Duncan, and running with a line of said Duncan North 75*4 E. 15.50 poles to a chestnut on the west side of road thence S IOV2 E 38 poles to a large rock on the west side of road thence S 19x>-> E 80 poles to a chestnut thence up the Castlet Mountain S 791/-; E 36 poles to a hickory being another corner with said W’ilson in Duncan line, thence with Wilson's line S 10'/2 wr 17.5 poles to tw'o small chestnut oaks, thence °N 79'A W 37 poles to a bunch’ of chestnuts thence N 40 W 38.80 poles to a stake (S 59 E 1. poles from a bunch of chestnuts) thence N 27 W 68 poles to a stake thence N 10;i4 E 36.5 poles to the beginning, containing 20 acres.” This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by Kenneth R. Montgomery and Helen M. Montgomery, husband and wife, from A. F. Cannon and Mida E. Cannon, his wife, by deed dated August 27, 1964, and recorded August 31, 1964 in the Clerk’s Office off the Circuit Court of .Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 82, at page 47.
