Car Mishap

Stover was charged with failing to keep his vehicle under control, said Trooper Stevens. The vehicle was a total iloss.
A collision occurred on Route 707 between Slate Mills and Boston Monday. Two vehicles sideswiped on a curve. Earl Joseph Kilby of Sperryville operating a 56 Ford and Glen Lee Cave of Boston operating a 61 Ford truck were involved. Cave was charged with failing to drive to the right of the center of the road by Trooper R, W. Mitchell who investigated.
A two-vehicle collision occurred on Route 211 just west of Amissville Monday evening Randolph A. Starks of Woodville operating a 63 Ford which was owned by Thomas R. Starks, also of Woodville, and Jessie L. Walt her of Amissville operating a 53 Chevrolet panel truck collided. According to Trooper J, B. Willis, the Starks tar entered the highway from a service station and accelerated rapidly. At the same time Walther attempted to back from his lane a few yards away onto the highway. The Walther truck struck the car which veered across the road into the ditch. Starks was charged with reCk less driving and Walther was charged with failing to yield the right of way, said the officer.
