On Sunday Mrs. Chester Weaver and James Bennett of Boston and Dr. J. J. Casey of Culpeper were honored at a birthday dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier. Those attending besides the honorees were Mrs. Casey, Mrs. Julia Carver of Culpeper, Mrs. James Bennett and daughter Deedee and Chester Weaver of Boston. Mrs. Chester Weaver was a Saturday overnight guest of the Tidlers. Sunday guests of the Rev. W. B. Dennis were Mr. and Mrs. Vernon D. Henderson and family of Fredericksburg and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Dennis and family of Falls Church. Mr. and Mrs. John Coates and Mrs. Charles Kennedy of Arlington were Friday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Waver Kennedy. On Saturday they drove to Fort Bragg, N. C. to visit Charles Kennedy who is taking his basic training at that station. Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Gaines were Gene Gaines and sons Jerry and Fddie, Mrs. Evelyn Bailey of •\rlington and Mr. and Mrs.j John Gaines of Fairfax. Mr. tnd Mrs. C. M. Gaines and amily of Madison joined the jroup for Sunday dinner. Henry Kennedy of Leesburg s spending the week visiting lis brothers Olney and Waver Cennedy.
