Butler and her sisterin-law Mrs. Wayne Butler of Alexandria were co-hostesses for a birthday party for their daughters Paula and Carolyn who were celebrating their fifth and fourth birthdays. Also honored were Kathy Winkler for her seventh birthday and Stefa nie Butler, age one. Twelve young people attended. Mr. and Mrs. Stevens E. Butler and daughter Stefanie of Alexandria were Saturday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Butler. Mr. and Mrs. David W. Thorn hill and family of Manassas were overnight guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill.
