The object of this suit is to partition j title to tile lands of Susan Brooks a/k/a Susan Carter to two certain tracts of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land, one tract containing one tl) acre, more or less, and the other tract containing eleven and one-quarter (11.25) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office ad^k***es a rector rtjythr set^forth oppjjrito their names listed below:

It is ordered that the said nonlesident defendants, George W. Carter and Lewis Steven Carter do appear within ten duys after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in THE RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
