Night Monday, 20th
“Sweet Talk” will be a feature of the annual Home Dem onstration Clubs Achievement Night program scheduled for Monday, November 20 at Amissville fire hall, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The sweet talk will be by Miss Margaret Flickinger who will demonstrate making candy for the holiday season. Miss Flickinger is Home Service Consultant for Potomac Edison Co. ' The president of each club will recount the achievements of their respective clubs and points will be given for club efforts. Based on achievement an award will made for the “Club of the Year.” Certificates will be awarded to members of the knitting class just completed under the direction of Mrs. Mary Cleverley.
