Nurserymen’s Short Course
BLACKSBURG -- A nursery nen’s short course will be ield Jan. 8-10 in Fairfax, Dr. 5aul L. Smeal, extension floriculturist at Virginia Tech, las announced.
It is designed for nurserynen, landscapers and grounds naintenance personnel living n northern Virginia, said imeal.
Dr. Kenneth Reisch, horticul:ure professor at Ohio State Jniversity, will be a featured speaker. Several staff memaers from Virginia Tech will also participate.
A bus tour to the National \rboretum in Washington will conclude the program Wednesday morning, Jan. 10.
