Notice VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY. IN CHANCERY NO. 2516 RE: Allen C. Byers To: Allen C. Byers, if living, or if he be dead, the widow, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of Allen C. Byers whose addresses are unknown, and who are made parties hereto by the general description of parties unknown. You are hereby notified that a tract of land described as follows: Allen C. Byers Chester Gap, Virginia Blue Ridge Mt. Estates Sect. D, Bl. 3, Lot 38 Lot in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, was sold on the 27th day of March, 1965, for delinquent taxes, levies, interest, and costs to the undersigned and I have filed application for the purchase thereof in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. And it appearing from the records of the aforesaid office that you are interested in said land, you are further notified to appear in four months from the date of this notice and do what may be necessary to protect your interests. You are further notified that I will apply for a deed on the 29th day of March, 1968, and also notified that said real estate may be redeemed at any time before the execution of such deed by payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
