The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Virginia announces an expenditure of $1,136,000 for the installation of microwave carrier and other equipment at various offices in the Culpeper district. This announcement follows very closely C&P'sannouncement last month to establish a $4.5 million DDD (Direct Distance Dialing), remote test center complex in Culpeper on Brandy Road and Piedmont Street.
