Plans Victory Meet
Seventh Congressional District Republicans will gather in Shenandoah Caverns on November 30 to honor all Republican candidates in the election just passed. Warren B. French, Jr., District Chairman, issendingout invitations to some 1,500 Republicans and friends to attend a dinner at the Stonewall Jackson High School. Hon ored guests at the dinner will be all GOP candidates, including Supervisors and Justices of the Peace. “We call it a Victory Celebration," Chairman French said, “and all our candidates, whether or not they gained the office they sought, were victorious in the effort to bring two-party government, with open discussion of the issues, to our District." Chairman Frenchemphasized that everyone who wishes to attend, whether or not they receive a mailed invitation, is “truly welcome.” He asked that reservations be sent him by November 27.
