Mother s Day dinner guests jf Mr. anci Mrs. J. R. Devers were Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Devers and family of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wayland and sons. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Gagner and son of Springfield spent Sunday with Mrs. Margaret Dwyer. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. McLain and two children of Alexandria were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnson.

Miss Shirley Brown of Bethesda, Md. was a weekend guest of her mother and on Sunday they were joined for dinner by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Overhulser and daughters Jane and Vicky of Arlington and Mr. and Mrs. Benny Brown and daughter Beverley of Winchester and Mr. and Mrs. Julian Brown of Culpeper and Clyde Atkins. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr. were Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Jonesand daughters Lisa and Lynn of Richmond and C. E. Johnson III of Houston, Texas. Mr. and Mrs. Mack Trotter of Hollywood, Cal. spent several days with Mrs. Trotter’s sister, Mrs. Nina B. Brown. Additional dinner guests on Monday night were Charles Bruce of Washington, Va. and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brownanc children. Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown, Mrs. P. Lee Thornton and son CW2 Lee Thornton were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brownand family in Hamilton. They were joined by Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Jr. and family of Staunton. Dinner guests on Sunday of Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee were Mr. and Mrs. Fielding Lewis of Front Royal and Mrs. Della B. Howard.
