Dear Editor,
Last week got off to a bad start. On Monday morning most of the world news was about war and riots. Then it was announced that our Nation’s Capital was curing its ills by aduing 1,000 policemen at the cost of 10 million dollars a year. I couldn’t help but think that surely all the howling, rioting people defying various laws weren't born bad. Maybe they needed some leadership and attention, and a few firm words about law and order when they were young. At 7 p.m., Monday, James J.
