Hi, Let’s talk about golf. It must be an interesting game. It is played by presidents, kings and nobles of all sorts; even by the hoipolloi. A golf pro friend tried to teach me the game. He told me how to stand, how to grip the club, to follow through. When my swing was complete, he remarked if I had hit the ball it would have landed in the next county. But, there it lay looking back at me. That reminds me of the secre tary who thought her boss’s favorite pasttime of shooting golf, was killing the little bulgy eyed rascals. Collecting their eyeballs for trophies, no doubt. One day she entered the office for dictation, noticing a couple of said trophies on the boss’s desk she said brightly, “Well boss, I see you shot another golf."
