William Roland Welch, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Welch of Flint Hill, was graduated from Monroe College in Middletown on June 15, 1968 with a diploma in Business Administration. While attending Monroe, he was active in basketball and softball. He plans to further his education in the fall. He is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School.

The Right Reverend Samuel B. Chilton, D. C., Suffragan Bishop of the Diocese of Virginia will be at Trinity Episcopal Church Sunday, July 7 for Confirmation and Holy Communion.
Special Church Service
Rev. Rush Loving, Direct or of Church Relations, University of Richmond, will be the speaker at the 11 o’clock service Sunday morn ing at the Amissville Baptist Church. His topic will be Emphasis on Christian Education and he will explain the part individuals and churches must play in supporting institutions of higher education. A special offering will be taken for Virginia Baptist Schools and Colleges
