Eric Kvamet
Erie Kvames, 77, died June 30, 1968, as the result of injuries received in an automobile accident on June 26 near his summer home in Two Harbors,
Bom fn Hhdson, Wisconsin, Mr. Kvaopes retired from,the Duluth, Missabe, and bon Range Railroad after 47 years of service. Since his retirement in 1957 he had resided in Bethesda, Md.
He is survived by a brother Olaf Kvames of Long Beach, Calif.; a daughter, Miss Marjorie Kvames of Bethesda and a son, Dr. Robert G. Kvames, Director of the Washington School of Psychiatry and Vlce-Presklertt of the Skyline

A memorial will b in his honor at the Washington School of Psychiatry where Mr, Kvames served on a part-time basis.

Mr*. Mary Elizabeth Poles
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Poles of Washington, Va. died suddenly June 27, 1968 at the doctor’s office in Sperryville. She was 79, a native of Rappahannock and the widow of Woody Poles. She is survived by five sons, Haywood Poles, Washington, Va., Raymond Poles, Clarence Poles and Jack Poles, all of Philadelphia, Pa., and Woodson Poles of Selma, Ala.; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Waters and Mrs. Marry Harris, both of Philadelphia, Pa.; 28 grandchildren an|l 10 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Mr*. Eva Summons of Washington, Va. A funeral service was held Sunday at Promised Land Baptist Church near Washington and interment was in the family cemetery near there. Pallbearers were Robert Green, Forrest Freeman, George Jordan, Thomas Jordan, Albert Gatewood and James A. Freeman. Geest Funeral Parlors were in charge of the service.
