church following the ceremony. TTie table which held the three tiered wedding cake was covered with an apricot tablecloth overlaid with lace. Candelabra and a floral arrangement completed the table setting. The bride and bridegroom’s table, covered with a white cloth, held an arrangement of daisies and white rosebuds and a single candleholder.
Mrs. Avery Collins of Marysville, Tennessee was in charge of the bride’s book and serving were Mrs. William Redmond, Mrs. Joe Norwood, Mrs. Ouida Pace, ail of Lenoir City and Mrs. Edward Young and Miss Pamela Luttrell, both of Knoxville.
For traveling the bride wore a Navy blue double knit suit, a leghorn hat and Navy accessories. Her corsage was gardenias lifted from her bridal bouquet.
After their wedding trip to Pauley’s Island, S. C., Mr. and Mrs. Davis will make their home in Bowling Green where Mr. Davis is associated with Julien J. Mason law firm.
Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. entertained the bridal party and other guests with a rehearsal dinner Friday evening at the Dixie Lee Motel.
Mrs. Berniece Mathews entertained with a bridesmaid’s luncheon at the Andrew Johnson Hotel.
