Do you have a realistic picture of yourself - both positive and negative sides? Can you recognize and accept your own uncertainities, mistakes, fears?
Do you understand how feelings and attitudes influence your actions?
Do you know what your real values are?
Do you accept and enjoy what you recognize within yourself rather than reject yourself?
Are you realistically self-confident?
