Madrigal Choir to
Lead Luray Vespers
On the weekend of August 24th and 25th Luray will be pleasantly flooded with music. The Kurpfaelzische Madrigal Choir from Heidelberg, Germany, will give a program of sacred and secular music in several languages starting at 7:00 p.m. World famous for the purity of the individual voices and the style and richness of the group singing, the group will climax their stay with a Special Sunset Vesper Program at the Luray Singing Tower on Sunday, August 25th, at 7:30 p.m. under the direction of Dr. Gerald Kegelmapn. This concert will be preceded by a 30-minute Carillon recital by Charles Chapman.
