James Family Picnic Features Musical
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin James of Viewtown entertained all of their family and additional guests Sunday. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Harrup and family of Charlottesville; Mr. and Mrs. Robert James and sons of Brandy; Mr. and Mrs. George Ellis and son of Elkwood; Mr. and Mrs. Basil Blankenship of Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Braxton James and children of Viewtown; Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Chapman and family of Charlottesville and Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Davis and family of Viewtown. Other guests were Esmus Estes and son Carson of Rixeyville; Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Stokley Brooks, Mr. and Mrs. James Jarvis, all of Charlottesville and Mrs. Lucas and grandchild of Narrows.
After a picnic lunch talented members of the family and guests joined in a social hour of music and song.
