Q. How long will the benefits to the children last?
A. Usually until age 18 for each child, unless the child marries prior to reaching age 18, Benefits may be continued until age 22 if the child remains in school as a full-time student. Benefits may also continue indefinitely to a child if it can be shown that the child is severely disabled and the disabling condition existed prior to the child’s 18th birthday.
