A Future Business Leaders of America chapter has been started. It is sponsored by Mrs. Pomeroy. Elected President was Sharon Suter; Vice-President, Stevie Aylor; Secretary, Peggy Andes; Treasurer, Gertrude Mahoney; Reporter, Charlotte Foster.
Mr. Wingfield and Beth O’Bannon will serve on a committee to develop issues to be discussed at the White House Conference on Children and Youth. Tliey will represent our county on this committee.
Open House will be held October 16 from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m. Parents and friends of students are cordially invited to attend. There will be an opportunity to visit classrooms and refreshments will be served.
