A Unifying force would be the establishment of toll-free fielephone dialing service within fcie County. The present division $f telephone dialing areas seems go ignore Rappahannock County; gs a government entity, and is an Qnnatural division. : As a step in the right direction, f would recommend changing the dialing areas so that the Amissville area (937) phones tyould be in the same exchange gdth Washington (675). I believe that the majority of “937” aibscribers would be willing to £ve up Criglersville and Madison
