Spring Gobbler Hearing Set
The Virginia Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries will meet in Richmond January 10 with the drafting of a 1969 spring gobbler season proposal the main item on the agenda. The meeting is set to begin at 9:30 a.m. at which time persons wishing to comment on the spring turkey season will be heard. Comments on other hunting seasons will be deferred until a subsequent meeting when major hunt season proposals are made. The Commission will meet in the Conference Room of their building at 7 North Second Street.
