Mrs. Mildred Ann Smith, 84, ol Washington, Va., died Decembei 28, 1^68 at the Lynn Care Centrt in Front Royal.

Mrs. Smith was bom in New York. Since her retirement as i nurse at Doctors Hospital Washington, D. C. in 1959 sht had made her home with Mrs Jesse Ward at Echo Hill Farm.

A graveside funeral service was held Monday, December 30 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Prospect Cemetery in Front Royal with the Rev. Ray Williams officiating.

Mr*. Eva Esther Weakley

Mrs. Eva Esther Weakley of Amissville died December 29. 1968 in Fairfax Hospital. She was a native of Rappahannock County, born near Sperryville on March 4, 1892. the daughter of the late Harriet and Newman Jenkins. She was the widow of Herbert L. Weakley who died in 1960. Mrs. Weakly had made her home for the past year with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Elzie L. Weakley at Amissville.

A funeral service was held January 1 from the Money and King Funeral Home in Vienna with the Rev. W. A. Layman, pastor of Amissville Methodist Church, officiating. Interment was in the Amissville Methodist Church cemetery.

In addition to her son with whom she lived, survivors include four other sons, Basil F. of Fairfax. Russell C. of Falls Church, James H. of Centreville and Kenneth L. of Manassas; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Clinton of California, Mrs. Lucille Barham of Falls Church and Mrs. Irene Jenkins of Pennsylvania; 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
