The object of this suit is to determine whether the paper writing bearing date August 16, 1967, and admitted to probate on March 26, 1968, in the Office of the Clerk of the ( ircuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, of record in W ill Book X, Page 192, or any part thereof, is or is not the true Last Will and Testament of Cora Wi Rowell, who died March 9, 1968; and to require the production of all testamentary papers of Cora W. Rowell so that it may be determined whether such paper writings or any part thereof are or are not the true Last W ill and Testament of said ( ora Wi Rowell.
An affidavit having been made and tiled that the Defendant, Laurence Bartley McConnell, is not a resident of the ('ommon weaIt h of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the sub ject to be disposed of, whose names are unknown, it is ordered that they appear here within the i Hu days after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for four ( 4 ) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington. Virginia, and having general circulation in Rappahannock County, V irgmia, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the ( ourt House of this County and that a copy of this Order be mailed to Laurence Bartley Melonnell at Wilmington, California, his last known address.
