The Shenandoah Area Council, Joy Scouts of America is now in he process of conducting its innual Sustaining Membership inrollment in all areas in which it idministers the Scouting Program. The following men are erving as chairmen to organize ind supervise the Enrollment in Lappahannock County: James W. Fletcher, County Major Membership Chairman; Col. E. A. McNear, County Special and General Membership Chairman. Sustaining Members are persons vho financially support the >rogram of Scouting. The 1969 3udget of the Shenandoah Area Council is $75,450.
