NOTICE C. E. Johnson, Jr.

and James W. Fletcher, Owners Sperryville, Virginia have applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with the Rapahannock County Zoning Ordinance, Rappahannock County, Virginia.

The above named applicants desire to erect a building or buildings on the site of their former building used by the Rappahannock Farmers' ( o-op on Route 1002, which was destroyed by fire on February 5, 1968. The new building contemplated will not exceed the limits of the original building and all concrete floors and walls of the original building will be used in this construction.

The applicants also desire a Special Use Permit for a retail store, wholesale establishment and/ or warehouse, authorized by Article Z-2-11, 2-2-13 and 2-2-22 of the Zoning Ordinance.

A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on March 11, 1 yc,9 in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.

The applicants and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
