Edgar K. Browning of Princeton, New Jersey spent from Tuesday until Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. John B. Browning of Charlottesville spent the week-end at his home. Mr. and Mrs. Browning were Monday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser in Washington.

Mrs. Frank Huff returned home Monday from Winchester Memorial Hospital. Frank E. Huff attended school two days this week in Harrisonburg learning the mechanics of vending machines. Mrs. Sherman Williams and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ivory Atkins.

The W. S. C. S. will meet Thursday, (to-night) at the home of Mrs. Emory Russell at 7:30 o’clock. Miss Darlene Watson of Bradington, Fla. is spending some ;ime with her brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Gerry O. Campbell. There was a good attendance at he Methodist Church picnic held Sunday at the Boston Youth Centre. Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr. and Mrs. F. W. Spalding were in North Harden Saturday to attend the narriage of Mrs. Smith’s son Charles Smith and Miss Martha smith. Mr. and Mrs. Neal Webster of Las Vegas, Nevada arrived Friday for a short vacation with Mrs. Webster’s brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark and family. Another sister Mrs. B. L. Wilt and Mr. Wilt of Washington, D. C. were weekend guests.

Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nicholson were Mrs. Esther Nicholson and Mr. and Mrs. James Nicholson and children Angela, Timmy and Scott, all of Newport News. Also William Nicholson and sons Nicky and Wayne of Front Royal.

Mrs. Mary Cleverley and Mrs. Paul Poling of Amissville attended the Gift Show Sunday at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Washington, D. C.
