accompanied by Mrs. David Hoadley of Arlington, will leave today to return to their home. They spent from Saturday until Monday night in Gloucester with his mother, Mrs. M. B. Streagle and son George. Mrs. Sarah Latham spent Sunday in Herndon with Mr. and Mrs. James Cockerill and sons, James and Kevin, and also visited her mother, Mrs. C. C. Cockerill and Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Peck and son Byron. Susan Latham, who spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cockerill and family in Herndon, returned home with her mother. Cecil Rosenberg of Arlington spent several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Compton. Mrs. Joseph Button of Jeffersonton was also a visitor of Mrs. Compton last week and Mrs. Peggy Bowen was her guest Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Davis have had as houseguests Mr. and Mrs. Eric Bruce of Phoenix, Ariz., Maj. and Mrs. Winchell Chung and children Winchell, Virginia and Davis of Limestone, Maine, and Mrs. Doris LaForce and daughters Dorian and Christine of Murray Hill, N. J. On July 12 Mr. and Mrs. Davis were hosts at an open house in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce. A Davis family picnic was held on July 21, attended by family members from Alexandria, | Round Hill, and Waynesboro.

Mrs. Ida Mae Gilliland and son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Rusty Richhart and children, who have been the guests of Mrs. Iris Brooke and Col. and Mrs. Norman Wilbur, returned Tuesday morning to his air force base at Barksdale, La.
