The Woodville Baptist Church held its annual Sunday School picnic on Sunday at Graves Mountain Lodge. Forty-eight members and visitors attended. Mrs. Virginia Jenkins returned home Sunday after spending several weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Jenkins of Frederick, Md. Mr. and Mrs. Lacy Fincham and daughter Carol Lynn of Manassas Park visited Mr. and Mrs. Buster Hitt and sons on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Simon Jenkins of Fairfax spent Tuesday with Mrs. Margaret Butler. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Willis of Hyattsville visited Mrs. H. B. Winfrey on Thursday. Mrs. Marcia Bullion is spending some time with her son and family in College Park, Md. Mr. and Mrs. David Barbee and children visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Jenkins on Sunday.
On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson were dinner guests of her sister. Miss Irene Cotten in Richmond.
Mr. and Mrs. Edward Brown and daughters visited relatives Monday in Fairfax.
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Ungar and son Eric returned home Sunday after a week’s camping trip to Maine.
Mr. and Mrs. James Rogers and sons Glen and Jackie of Bristol, Pa. are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark.
Enroute to Tennessee on a vacation trip Mr. and Mrs. Maurice O’Bannon visited Miss Ethel Long at the Valley Nursing Home in St. Paul, Va.
Comdr. and Mrs. I. O. Wolf have returned home after a tour which included Asheville, New Orleans, Dauphin Island and Pine Mountain. Major and Mrs. Harrison Wolf and sons of Fairfax and Mrs. William Hidds and son Billy Tim of Viney Grove, Ky„ spent the week-end with Comdr. and Mrs. Wolf. Their grandson Chester is remaining with them this week.
Jay Alther of Washington spent the week-end with Richie Burke.
