Thanksgiving Day the complete use of the five senses was involved. Went to church in the morning, heard a good message and the choir was excellent. Hearing and seeing; there were several pretty girls in the choir. I was thankful that I could hear and see.
Upon returning home I was very grateful for the sense of smell as the succulent odors of roasting turkey assailed my nostrils. Then the sense of taste as the dinner was eaten and, finally feeling, as I felt my belt begin to thghten as I lost myself in absolute gluttony. I was again thankful that I suffered no unfavorable reaction.
Due to the inexorable mandates ; of time my future Thanksgiving Days may be few. Be that as it may, I will continue to give thanks to the ONE who gives life ! and supplies our daily needs. Every day, to me, is a thanks giving day.
