A period from March until June found the county without a leader, then Miss Janet Sollenberger arrived here as agent. Among subjects covered under her leadership were making slip covers, Christmas center pieces, chair caning and handmade gifts. Cupid claimed this one also (we lose many that way) and in May 1951 she resigned to become a homemaker.
Miss Elizabeth Fuss arrived here in September of 1951 and remained longer than any agent has, until 1957, however, she developed heart trouble also. She
