Dr. William H. McKoy, president of Region 15, Lord Fairfax Community College at Middletown, will be guest speaker at the meeting of the Rappahannock Lions Club on Wednesday, January 28. He will also address a group of students at the high school in the afternoon. Rappahannock County is affiliated with the college and supports it financially.
