Mr. Hawkins was a native of Boston, Va., son of Harold T. Hawkins, Sr. of Culpeper and Mrs. Nellie H. Naide of Boston. He was a captain for Allegheny Airlines, having worked for them as a pilot for 13 years.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Rosalie Hixon Hawkins; a daughter, Joan Elizabeth; a son, Thomas Stevens, serving in Vietnam; a sister, Mrs.
