Funeral services for Miss Hattie Elizabeth Jenkins, 58, of Culpeper were held Sunday at Culpeper Baptist Church. Miss Jenkins died January 16, 1970 at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. Interment was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
She was the daughter of the late Conner Holtzman and Susan Katherine Dodson Jenkins of Rappahannock County. Miss Jenkins was a school teacher for 38 years and taught in Fauquier County at Pearson Elementary School, Calverton.
Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. D. A. Fielding of Bealeton, Mrs. James T. Brown of Culpeper, Mrs. Sue Ellington of Richmond and Mrs. Katherine Pierce ol Victoria.
