Accomplished Angler -- Selwyn Richardson of Falls Church was among the hundreds of fishermen who crowded the stream banks in Rappahannock when the trout fishing season opened at noon Saturday. Selwyn, the six-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Richardson, displays his healthy catch. Trout streams in Virginia were stocked in May with brook, rainbow and brown trout from the hatcheries of the Virginia Game Commission and late stocking will also be done.
