Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown, Jr., Margaret and Rodes Brown, III joined them Saturday and they returned to Tazewell Sunday where Susan will spend her Spring vacation. Mrs. Lee Thornton joined them for dinner on Sunday. Capt. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson of Fork Union and daughter Ann Rodes of Chowan College, Murfreesboro, N. C. were guests Sunday. Mrs. Venie Dodson of Manassas spent the weekend with Mrs. Delia Leake. Callers Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Dodson and daughter of Slate Mills. Ennis Jenkins returned home last week after surgery at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee were Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Mathews and their daughter Susan and her fiance, Joe Earnest all of Front Royal and Mr. and .Mrs. Bob Lewis of Huntly.

Mrs. Martha Whorton and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Bayuk of Fairfax were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wayland and sons.
