F.D. Eastham
Franklin Dabney Eastham 111, son of tiie late Franklin D. Eastham and Mary Pullen Eastham of Arlington, died Wednesday March 8 in Tidewater Memorial Hospital at Tappahannock after a long illness.
Eastham is survived by his wife, Eva S. Eastham of Warsaw; two sons, Franklin Dabney Eastham IV of Rockville, Md. and David Thomas Eastham of Monmouth, Oregon; four sisters, Mrs. Virginia Eastham Carter of Warrenton, Mrs. Rothwell J. Lillard of Fairfax, Mrs. John M. Rottier of Annandale, and Mrs. Kenneth Hall of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and three brothers, Thomas Granville Eastham of Falls Church, Robert Woodford Eastham of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and Richard Hilldrup Eastham of Hyattsville, Md.
Eastham was Director of the Soil Conservation Service for the Counties of Richmond, Westmoreland, Lancaster and Northumberland, and was a member and lay speaker of the Warsaw United Methodist Church, and of the Ruritan Club. □
