Gordon Thornhill’s Rappahannock Farmers Co-op is sponsoring a dinner meeting at Panorama this Friday, March 17 at 7:15 p.m. to bring cattle producers up to date on the latest fly control recommendations. All Rappahannock farmers are invited. Be sure to give Gordon a call in advance so they will know how many dinners to prepare.
Just received word that starting April 5th Ed Philips will be serving Rappahannock as area V.P.l. Fruit Specialist. Ed will be in the county every Wednesday morning during April and May. If you run into special problems, leave word at the Extension Office and Ed will visit with you in your orchard.
