Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned sole acting Trustee by deed of trust dated August 12, 1971, recorded in Deed Book No. 101, page 47, of the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, executed by Wayne L. Hayes and Dorothy P. Hayes, his wife, to Roy Hanson and Woodrow Bishop, Trustees, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, the undersigned sole acting Trustee, at the request of the holder of the note evidencing said indebtedness, will offer for sale at public auction in front of the County Court House in the Town of Washington, Virginia, on March 22nd, 1972, at 10:30 o’clock A.M., .11 of that certain lot or parcel of land described in said deed of trust as Lot EIGHTEEN (18), Section Three (3), RAPPAHANNOCK PARK, as shown on plats recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 67, page 228, and Deed Book 68, page 320, to which reference is made for a further and more particular description. Said property to be conveyed subject to restrictions, conditions, rights of way and easements of record.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash with 10% deposit at time of sale and balance upon tender of Special Warranty Deed within 15 days or property may be sold at cost of defaulting purchaser.
