The object of this suit is to partition the lands of Robert Myers and the heirs of Thomas Wells, Sr. in one of the modes prescribed by law, and the parties to this cause have certain interests in said land located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, consisting of a 1.00 acre lot with dwelling house thereon, near Huntly, Virginia.
