Rappahannock Jaycees earned first place in the Region V Jaycee Parade of Chapters for the past year. The group received an award trophy which was presented them at the dinner meeting held last Wednesday. Wilson Burke, retiring president of the local chapter, was also named the outstanding president of this region. He was given a gold trophy by outgoing Region V State Vice President John Fray, left above. Mr. Burke bolds the trophies as the newly installed president, Julian Brown takes the gavel which he received in the installation ceremony.
